Pre MC conversion

I bought the house on November 9th, 2016 but furniture did not arrive until November 17th.  I camped out with my cat and made do until things came.  I saw great potential in this house.  Here are some pictures of the house itself.  It was built in 1962 and although a boring ranch, it is solid and has a great layout for me.  It is a 3 bedroom, 1 3/4 bathrooms and has two nice large rooms for living space.  I chose to make one the hearth room and the other a formal room.  The hearth room is the room I am in most of the time.  I had adjustable thermostatic gas logs installed so I can heat the hearth room up and not the whole house and enjoy a fire at the same time in the winter.  And I NEVER have to remember to turn the gas logs off!  I had the concrete walkways in the front of the house and the back side of the house removed.  I had the asphalt triple driveway removed and just a simple 2 car drive way installed.  I had a bunch of shrubs removed to clear space for the 5 foot chain link fence I had installed.  I even had a separate area created for the chicken yard--35x40 foot fenced in area--picture 2 shows the before.  The last picture is of the back yard with the concrete walkway and unnecessary shrubs.
